I recently brought my vehicle into Audi Spokane with a serious issue, and from the moment I arrived, I was met with professionalism and genuine care. Patrick, my service advisor, truly went above and beyond. He took the time to clearly explain the issue in a way that I could understand, and his calm, reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease. Patrick didn’t just treat it like another repair job — he made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. He even arranged a rental car for me at no cost, so I could continue getting to work while my car was in the shop. He kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and making sure I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. This level of service is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful for how Patrick handled everything. Audi Spokane has definitely earned my trust, and Patrick deserves special recognition for his outstanding customer care. There was nothing more anyone could have done. Everything was perfect! Only thing I would change is Patrick's salary. That man needs a raise!!
