I brought by 2022 VW in for servicing. Travis called and asked if I was OK with a valuation. Of course, I said sure. No downside to that. Once I arrived Travis was all over it. There appeared to be only 1 2025 Jetta available. Travis found out that 4 others had either just arrived or were at the detailing facility about 5 minutes away. He showed me all 5 cars. Someone took the wrap off the one I ended up buying. Travis drove me to the detailing facility to see one of the cars. In order to help me decide which of 2 cars to buy, he had someone drive the car at the detailing facility next to the one I ended up buying. The 2 "finalists" were put side by side with the long side facing the sun, so I could truly see the new color (Monument Gray). The effort he showed and that other staff at AutoNation showed was extraordinary. I've leased/bought 16 cars from AutoNation VW since 2025. This is why! Also, I only wanted my payment to be around $300. The sales manager and I probably went back and forth 4 or 5 times, with the deal getting better and better for me each time. I came away feeling I'd been treated really well and got a great deal on a new car. I wasn't even looking for a new car when I walked through the door that day.

Way better than previous experiences here… Wins: timeliness and communication. Excellent service coordinator, Leon was the best! Concern: recommended changing air filters. Video from technician said change on next service. Just recommend alignment with team before pushing info to customer. But overall, great experience.
