Sales person, Brandon Neer, was informative and low pressure. There was no pressure to buy. The product sold itself. It would have been good to know more about the extent of coverage with the lease. IE. only two oil changes and the many items that are not covered. We did not appreciate hearing about the many extended warranty items at the time of signing the lease.

Patrick in the service center explained what the procedures were, what he could and couldn't do, referred me to collision center when I was satisfied for another problem (rock chip) and they treated me well just as the service center had and fixed my rockchip in a short period of time! Thank you
