I hate the haggling back and forth. I understand that it is a business and that you need to make money but it's the negotiating that doesn't make me ever want to purchase a car. When I call ahead of time to make sure that you have vehicles on your lot that fit the criteria of an ad that I received before I come to the dealership. Then arrive to find out that the vehicles "don't exactly fit the criteria" it is frustrating. Overall I feel that I got a great deal on the lease, I just hate the back and forth.
