I stopped by the dealership to make a service appointment for our 2022 VW Atlas’s. Patrick was able to get our vehicle into the shop for a lube, oil filter, oil change right away. The vehicle was washed and Patrick personally put in some extra effort to make sure it looked perfect.

The advisor was great, very communicative and provided all of the necessary information. Techs lost a star because 1. Express service for an oil change and inspection is a misrepresentation. Express does not equal 2 hours to change oil. Next when they did the multi point inspection, they let air out of the driver side front tire. So immediately after leaving Autonation my car is telling me I have lost tire pressure. Upon inspection it was tech error not a tire issue.
